Privacy Policy
This policy explains what NeverMissai LLC ("NeverMiss", "we", "us") collects, why, and what we do and do not do with it. It covers nevermisslb.com, the Pick Your Leak diagnostic and The Leak Report, Tony (our AI voice assistant), our services, and our phone calls and text messages.
Who we are
NeverMissai LLC is based in Long Beach, California. You can reach us at Liamhawke2006@gmail.com or (562) 620-3988. Our full contact details are at the end of this policy.
Information we collect
When you use the diagnostic
- Your answers: your type of business, the tools you use, the leak you pick, your weekly volume, your average ticket, and an optional note in your own words. If you type in a tool we don't list, we save its name too.
- Before we save your note or a tool name you typed, we remove anything that looks like an email address or phone number. Please don't include customer, health or payment details.
- How you reached us: the campaign tags in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term and utm_content), a Meta ad-click ID (fbclid) if you came from a Meta ad, the v code that picks a version of our page, and the page you landed on and when.
When you ask us to text you
- Your mobile number and, if you give it, your first name.
- A consent record: which boxes you ticked, the exact wording you agreed to and its version, the time, the page, your browser type, a one-way hash of your IP address, the text we sent you and whether it was delivered.
- A contact in our CRM with your number, your first name, your answers and estimate, a link to your report, your campaign tags, your consent details and your note.
When you talk to Tony in your browser
- The audio of the call, a transcript, and the answers Tony picked up for your report.
- A record that you agreed to the recording before the call started: the time, the version of the wording you agreed to, your browser type, the page, and a one-way hash of your IP address.
When you book a walkthrough
The details you enter in Calendly's booking calendar, such as your name, email address and the time you choose.
When you call, text or work with us
- Contact details you give us: business name, contact name, phone number, email address and business address.
- Call information: the time, duration and outcome of calls between us, notes taken by our staff, and call recordings where recording is active and disclosed.
- Message information: the content and delivery status of text messages sent to or from us, and the record of your consent to receive them.
Technical data
Like any website, our servers receive your IP address, your browser type and the pages you request. We use this to run and protect the site, for example to limit how many reports, texts or calls one connection can start. Our abuse-prevention counters hold a one-way hash, never your raw IP address or phone number.
Cookies and browser storage are covered in the Cookies and ad tools section below.
How we use it
- To build your Leak Report and show it to you.
- To text you your report, and follow-ups only if you asked for them.
- To run Tony's calls and turn what you say into your report.
- To schedule and hold the walkthrough calls you book.
- To let our founders know a new report was made. These internal email alerts include your type of business, your leak, your estimate, up to three of your tools, your report link and the campaign you came from. They never include your phone number or name.
- To answer, return and follow up on calls on behalf of our clients.
- To measure our ads, only if you click Accept.
- To keep records of consent, opt-outs and do-not-contact requests, which is how we honor them.
- To prevent abuse and spam, and to provide, support, secure and improve our services.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Text messages
We send text messages only to people who have agreed to receive them. We run two text programs.
Program 1: NeverMiss Leak Report
How you join: after you see your Leak Report on nevermisslb.com, you can enter your mobile number and tick an optional box to have the report texted to you. Neither box is ticked for you, and you don't need to tick either one to see your report.
What you get: the first box sends one text with a link to your report, and we reply if you text us back. The second box is separate and optional. It adds follow-ups and offers from NeverMiss about its AI systems, including a walkthrough of your report, sent using automated technology.
Message frequency: one message with your report link, plus replies to any texts you send us. If you also tick the second box, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You never have to agree to texts to buy anything from us.
Program 2: call follow-up texts
Consent is normally given verbally during a phone call with a member of our team, or by you texting us first. We record when consent was given, how it was obtained, and who recorded it.
Message frequency varies and depends on your own enquiry — messages are conversational follow-ups to a call you took part in, not a recurring broadcast. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping texts and getting help
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT to any message. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then nothing further. Opting out is immediate and permanent, and it also cancels any message already scheduled. You can opt back in by replying START.
You can also opt out by telling us in any other reasonable way, for example by replying "stop texting me" or by emailing us. Reply HELP for help. See the Terms for full messaging terms.
Mobile information is never sold or shared for marketing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services, such as customer service providers, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Calls with Tony and phone calls
Talking to Tony in your browser
Tony is NeverMiss's AI, not a person. Before a call starts, we tell you that it is recorded and transcribed and processed by our voice-AI provider, and you agree by tapping Start talking. Your browser asks for your microphone only after that tap.
We use the recording and transcript to run the conversation, build your Leak Report and follow up. Please don't share customer, health or payment details on the call.
Our voice-AI provider is set to keep recordings and transcripts for up to 30 days. We keep the answers Tony picked up as part of your report, and we keep the consent record described above.
If you'd rather not be recorded, don't start the call. You can tap through the questions instead, and you can end a call at any time with the End button.
Phone calls
If you call or text us, including Tony's line at (562) 620-3988, we receive your phone number and the call or message details listed above. Tony is an AI on the phone too.
Some calls are recorded for quality and training. Where recording is active you are told at the start of the call. California is an all-party consent state; if you do not wish to be recorded, tell us and we will stop or end the call.
Booking with Calendly
Our booking calendar is provided by Calendly. It loads only when you choose to book a walkthrough. Calendly collects the details you enter and technical data about your device, and handles them under its own privacy notice, which you can read on calendly.com. We receive your booking details so we can hold the call with you.
Shareable report links
Every Leak Report gets its own link, built from a random code that is hard to guess. Anyone you share the link with can open the report. Report pages are hidden from search engines, and Meta's tools never load on them.
The shared view never shows your name, your phone number or the note you typed. The note appears only in the browser session where you made the report.
Report links expire 90 days after the report is created. You can delete your report sooner with the Delete this report link, which works in the browser where you made it, or by emailing us the link.
Your choices
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in the footer of any page. It works straight away, on the page you're on, with no account and no verification. Meta's tools stop in that browser, and we confirm the change on screen.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of selling and sharing. Meta's tools stay off in that browser, even if you clicked Accept earlier, and our privacy choices panel shows "Opt-Out Request Honored". If you then give us your mobile number, we record the opt-out with your contact, so it follows you and not just the browser.
Do Not Track
We treat a Do Not Track browser setting the same way as Global Privacy Control: as a request to opt out of selling and sharing for that browser.
Texts and calls
- Stop texts: reply STOP to any message.
- Stop calls: tell us on any call, or email us. We add you to our permanent do-not-call list.
See, correct or delete your information
Email Liamhawke2006@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We'll confirm we got your request within 10 business days and answer within 45 days. We may need to check that the request really comes from you, for example by texting the number it is about. An opt-out of selling or sharing never needs that check. Someone else can make a request for you; we may ask them to show that you gave them permission.
We keep do-not-contact records and text-consent records even after a deletion request, precisely so the request keeps being honored and we can show what you agreed to.
California privacy rights
California law gives people the right to know, delete and correct the personal information a business holds about them, to opt out of its sale or sharing, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. Those laws apply to businesses above certain size thresholds. Whether or not they apply to us, we offer these same choices to everyone who uses this site, in the ways described above, and we won't treat you differently for using any of them.
How long we keep it
- Leak Reports, with the campaign tags saved with them: 90 days. After that the link stops working and the report is deleted.
- Voice recordings and transcripts: up to 30 days at our voice-AI provider, under the retention setting we've configured.
- Records of your agreement to a recorded call: for as long as we may need to show that you agreed.
- Text-consent records: 5 years after the last message we send you or your opt-out, so we can prove what you agreed to.
- Opt-out and do-not-contact records: kept indefinitely, because keeping them is the only way to guarantee we never contact you again.
- CRM contacts, call history and other contact records: while we're in touch with you or providing services, and afterwards for as long as we are required to for legal and tax reasons or to handle disputes, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Abuse-prevention counters: held only as one-way hashes, and used only for the hour or day they cover.
Security
We restrict access to personal information to people who need it, and we protect credentials and stored data with industry-standard measures. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Children
This site and our services are for businesses. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll point it out at the top of this page. Changes apply from the new effective date.
