Accessibility Statement

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We don't claim full conformance yet, and we treat any barrier you find as something to fix.

How we check

We test the site with automated accessibility tools and by hand. We go through it using only a keyboard, and we check key pages with a screen reader.

• You can complete Pick Your Leak and get your Leak Report using only a keyboard.
• The animation at the top of the home page has a pause control, and motion is reduced when your device asks for less motion.
• Your Leak Report figure is also given as text for screen readers.
• We don't use an accessibility overlay widget.

Known limits and other ways in

• Booking calendar: our walkthrough calendar is provided by Calendly, a third party, and we can't fully control how it works with assistive technology. If it doesn't work for you, call (562) 620-3988 or email Liamhawke2006@gmail.com, and we'll set up the walkthrough with you.
• Talking to Tony: the voice option works by audio only. You can get the same Leak Report by tapping or typing through the questions in Pick Your Leak instead.
• Phone line: (562) 620-3988 is answered by Tony, our AI. If a phone call doesn't work for you, email Liamhawke2006@gmail.com.

If anything on the site is hard to use, tell us which page you were on and what happened. Email Liamhawke2006@gmail.com or call (562) 620-3988. We reply within 2 business days, and we'll give you the information or service you need another way while we work on a fix.
