About
NeverMiss started with a simple, maddening fact: the businesses that keep a city running — the plumbers, the spas, the shops — lose real money every day to a phone nobody could get to. So we built a receptionist that never misses. It's made in Long Beach, California, and it answers 24/7.
For a trade, a spa, a shop, the phone is the storefront. A missed call isn't a lost lead — it's a lost customer who already chose to call.
You can't hold a wrench and a phone, or run a dinner rush and the reservation line. That's not a discipline problem — it's physics.
An AI receptionist that never sleeps, never puts anyone on hold, books the job, and follows up — so the phone stops being the thing you lose money on.
How it started
NeverMiss started between sets. Liam and Fischer were two teenagers with the same itch — build something real, make real money, and not wait around for permission to do it. Every conversation kept circling the same boring, expensive problem: every local business bleeds customers to calls that never get answered, and nobody had bothered to fix it.
So at 19 and 20, they did. No investors, no safety net — just two people who decided the answer was to build the thing that picks up. That's NeverMiss.
