Module — the empty hour
No-Show Guard
Confirms and refills the schedule.
A no-show costs twice: the slot is empty and somebody who wanted it was told you were full. No-Show Guard confirms ahead, catches the cancellations early enough to matter, and offers the gap to the people already waiting.

The dashboard
Written down, every time.
What you see the next morning: what came in, what happened, and what it was worth. The panel below is rendered live in your browser — it is interface design, and the data in it is invented.

What it does
Six things, done every time.
No feature list dressed up as a promise — this is the actual behaviour.
Confirms far enough ahead to matter
A reminder an hour before tells you the slot is dead. A confirmation the day before gives you time to fill it.
Makes cancelling easy on purpose
People who cannot make it should find it effortless to say so. A hard-to-cancel booking becomes a no-show, not an attendance.
Refills from a real waitlist
The freed slot goes to people who already asked for that time, in order, until someone takes it.
Escalates the silent ones
Two reminders and no reply is a risk, and it gets flagged to a person while there is still time to do something.
Reschedules instead of losing
Someone who cannot make Thursday usually can make Tuesday. It offers that before the booking is written off.
Learns your gaps
It tracks which slots go empty most and tells you — often the answer is a scheduling change, not a reminder.
What does an empty slot cost?
Count the appointments that go empty. Your numbers only — nothing is filled in.
Empty-slot value per year, on your numbers
—
Fill in all three and the total appears here. Nothing is assumed on your behalf.
Your three inputs multiplied across 52 weeks. It is arithmetic on the no-shows you reported — not a benchmark, a projection, or a claim about our refill rate.
Proof slot — intentionally empty
Reserved for real, cleared, on-the-record customer material. Nothing is placed here until it exists and has been approved.
Have it call you.
Leave your number and one of us gets back to you — a real conversation about your line, not a sales sequence.
