Industry package — licensed dispensary
Cannabis Compliance Line
The answer on the phone matches the rulebook.
A dispensary phone line is a compliance surface. Every answer about product, eligibility, delivery or ID has to be the approved one, every time, on every shift. Cannabis Compliance Line answers by voice and email only — and it gives the same careful answer at nine at night as it does at opening.

Busy floor. New team member answers.
CallerCan I order if my card's from another state?

An answer nobody can stand behind.

The dashboard
Written down, every time.
What you see the next morning: what came in, what happened, and what it was worth. The panel below is rendered live in your browser — it is interface design, and the data in it is invented.

What it does
Six things, done every time.
No feature list dressed up as a promise — this is the actual behaviour.
Voice and email only — never text
Cannabis SMS is prohibited on US carriers and A2P registration does not change that. This line has no text channel, by design, and it is not an option we can switch on.
One approved answer, every shift
Eligibility, ID, limits, delivery zones and store policy answered from wording you have approved, identically at opening and at close.
Checks the delivery zone
Addresses are checked against your licensed zone before anything is promised, so nobody is told yes and called back with a no.
Refuses to give medical advice
Questions about conditions, dosing or interactions go to a person. It does not offer a view and does not improvise one.
Logs every conversation
Full transcripts, retained. If you are ever asked what was said on the phone, there is a record rather than a recollection.
Runs on an isolated subaccount
Kept separate from every other NeverMiss account at the telephony layer, so nothing about this line can touch another client's traffic.
What does the phone cost the floor?
Your store's numbers. Nothing is pre-filled.
Annual cost of routine phone time, on your numbers
—
Fill in all three and the total appears here. Nothing is assumed on your behalf.
Your three inputs multiplied across 52 weeks. It is the cost of the hours you reported — not a benchmark, and not a claim about time we save you.
Proof slot — intentionally empty
Reserved for real, cleared, on-the-record customer material. Nothing is placed here until it exists and has been approved.
Have it call you.
Leave your number and one of us gets back to you — a real conversation about your line, not a sales sequence.
